Brown Construction worked closely with the Toyota Corporation, the dealership, and partnered with M+ Architects in the initial design stages to formulate a service-orientated building that was aesthetically appealing while remaining within the owner’s budget. Brown Construction brought various value engineering items to the forefront early in the design process, to take advantage of cost saving ideas prior to bidding.
